Capital Services Limited processes personal data as defined in the GDPR which was be brought into force from May 25th 2018. We therefore consider that we have a legal duty to respect and protect any personal information we collect from you and we will abide by such duty. We take all safeguards necessary to prevent unauthorised access and we do not pass on your details collected from you as a visitor, to any third party unless you give us your consent to do so.

What personal data do we collect from you?
As a website visitor, we collect three types of information on you:

- Web page download information.
- In different parts of this website you will have the option to submit personal data (e.g. e-mail address, name, contact number and any additional data in a request). The submission of such data occurs on the basis of a freely chosen, explicit and voluntary option and entails acquisition of the sender’s email address, which is necessary to reply to any request, as well as the acquisition of such additional personal data included.
